I have been going to 5 star nails for awhile now and I just want to mention how great their service is. Genie is my nail tech and she does such an amazing job always keeps my nails looking beautiful! Her work is very precise I highly recommend her! Mark is also a great nail tech and does an awesome job! I always show them a picture of what I want and would ask for their advise. And they always do a great job!

I showed the woman who was doing my nails a picture of exactly what I wanted. Three times I showed her and the results came out horrible. The nails were super thick and the tops were very blocky. As she was doing them she made mistakes and when I pointed them out she got an attitude and didn’t fix it. The man who was there then came over and looked and didn’t listen to me when I was explaining the situation. They ended up telling me to come back because they were about to be busy. Even when I went back the man who was supposed to be Fixing my nails left me to tend to a lady who’s appointment wasn’t for another 30 minutes; sending me back to the woman who messed my nails up. Even when “fixing” them she was rushing and didn’t want to correct the many flaws I pointed out to her. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never be coming back and neither will my family members who go there. Waste of $60. Wish I could include a picture to show how horrible they look.

Nice people but Way overpriced, double what I normally pay and took way too long. Also, she cut my cuticles , and left dipping powder clumped on back of nails and on side. Won’t be back. I gave two stars because at least the pedicure was decent- even if overpriced.

They are so friendly and caring. My son gets pedicure and they treat him with respect not belittling him because his feet are so rough. My daughter and I get manicure, pedicure usually here as well. My daughter likes the eye brow waxing as well.nTry it you'll like it.
