My furnace went out in the middle of the night on Saturday 1/30/2021. First thing Monday morning I called Holbrook’s. At 8am I was told they would be there sometime that day. They arrived by 11am. The repairman diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. The work was done promptly and professionally. The repairmen were friendly and courteous and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. I would not hesitate to call Holbrook’s again or to recommend them to anyone.
BE Holbrooks are wonderful to deal with. They have friendly service and check in often to confirm customer satisfaction. Staff is very friendly and trustworthy. You can trust them to treat your home with the utmost respect and care. They have installed new units in two homes for me and done all my repairs for the past 6 years. I highly recommend them
We just finished building our house in Belmont. BE Holbrooks installed two gas units. They did an excellent job! They were fair on price and quality of work was great as always. I have worked with BE Holbrooks in the past on commercial projects. It is always a pleasure to work with Brad and his team.
Took almost 2 weeks and 3 trips to repair a $10 seal on our toilet. Then, a bill with labor at $80 per hour!! Will never use them again.
