You have to make an appointment to rent a storage unit...they don't tell you that the office is in Forest City...I went to the appointment at 9:00am I waited until 10:30am nobody showed up so I could rent a storage unit....then I called the number they gave me to call them I couldn't ever get a hold of anyone so I went somewhere else and rented a storage unit.
