The wash is great!! Staff on the other hand has something to be desired. Two guys helped me look for my wedding ring very professional. Cant remember there names. The other detail technicians seamed that they would rather be anywhere else.
Great car wash. Love free vacuum and clean towels for wipe down.
As far as the wash goes, they are getting nicer and nicer on average. Very good wash. Vacuums are good, and the floor mat cleaning machine is pretty good (run it through a few times).nnWhat's lacking, in my opinion, are the rags and squirt bottles you can use to clean your interior (Spinx has these at their new car wash). I know an attendant has to monitor, easier said than done.nnThis would be a 5 star wash for me if I had something to wipe down my door jambs / dash / windows. If this is available, it was not apparent to me - no clues or signage. The people cleaning their cars on either side of me didn't know anything, either.
My ride was a mess...nRed Mud, dirt & grime...nWheels and tires were more Brown than black...nEven though I don't usually like the rotary brushes, thought I would give Mach-1 a try...nStaff went over the outside very thoroughly on pre-washnCame out the other side sparkling clean. .
