They do a great job. I don't like that I have back problems & can't stand for long and they have No inside sitting area. Yes I could wait in my car & they call me but why should I have to do that?nI don't like the mask thing but have to deal with it.nI really wish they did coloring . But oh well.nAnd the fact they always want my phone number & zip code. Even if I just want a trim. No need for all that. Just trim my hair lol.nI get asked Have you been here before. What difference does that make? I just want my hair cut. I don't get any discounts or anything for being a repeat customer.
Anette not only gave me a great style, she also gave me wonderful advice. I have always had very good experiences here with all the employees. The style my husband likes isn’t easy, but they all take their time and get it done. My sons hair cut wasn’t too bad just one place above his eyebrow where she cut shorter than the rest but I didn’t say anything. She asked me what cut but then said but I need him to like it too.
Cannot work with young kids! Do not take your child here they will not even attempt to interact with the child before quickly turning on the clippers and trying to go straight to child then wonder why their scared then getting an attitude! At least try and talk to children and explain what your going to do or something horrible!
The online check in is a joke. The wait time is allways way off. Thank god this is my last prepaid hair cut im done with Great Clips.
