Had a vehicle cut me off in front of a police officer. I'm guessing because I had an out of state license plate I was a target. I received a ticket for following too close. P.O.S. Judge doesn't listen to facts. Have fun getting paid for that ticket!

Courteous, professional, responsive, reassuring, helpful - all these describe officer Balderson and the dispatch folks who assisted me when I got locked pout of my house on a cold autumn night. I am very grateful to live in a town where we have such a competent police force! Thank you, PAPD!

Last week my friend Clay and myself were 2 cold, hungry and tired Canadian bikers passing through PA on our way back to Canada after a 12-day trek south, about 9:30 into the evening as I recall.nOfficer Flores (I hope I have her name spelled correctly) could see our obvious distress and engaged us in some conversation. She was polite, concerned and just a nice person. She offered to help us out with direction to some good accommodation in town. Being very low on fuel we were not sure we could even make it into town so she then offers to lead us right to a good Hotel to ensure that we arrived there without incident.nWith the chill of the evening and with the long ride, it was all I could do to lift my arm from the throttle to shake her hand in appreciation.nOfficer Flores and the PA Police Department, you saved our respective derrières; thank you and thank you!!nSee you again next summer.nAlan Bates - Surrey, Canada
