We had a plumbing issue come up this past weekend, I emailed DiMone Plumbing on Sunday afternoon and the tech was here at 8:20 Monday morning. Eddie called on his way down and notified us of his arrival time. He was very polite, personable and knew what he was doing. He had to put out some extra effort to make the repair due to the way things were plumbed when the house was built but kept a great attitude while doing it. I just scheduled them to come back and do some additional work and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs we'll have. Fantastic service, at a good price...what more could you ask for!

First time we have used DiMone Plumbing after seeing good reports about them on our neighborhood email group. They showed up on time and were very respectful and got our project completed (installed a new shut off valve & toilet) in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing projects.

We had an appointment scheduled for an estimate. Having gone through times available, we came to the conclusion of the appointment time. They cancelled that, and only offered a free estimate between 9-12, Wednesday only (this was never mentioned prior). My original appointment didn't meet either of that criteria, but suddenly they were unable to honor the time frame, or any time frame without charging me a fee for the consult. I even tried to commit to a smaller window within the time frame Jodi provided (10-12 since I had an earlier obligation), but she wouldn't meet me there. I'm not trying to get anything other than what I was offered out of this, nor am I trying to hurt this business. I believe in honest feedback. I really wish I could join the other 5 star reviewers, since let's face it, I lost in this. I still need a job completed, and have wasted time with this company and this review. I absolutely and repeatedly use companies that make mistakes, but not if they're unwilling to correct even a simple one as this. This should have been no problem whatsoever.

DiMone Plumbing are absolute professionals! Not only do they do they do the job right but they are also customer service plus! From Ed, the lead technician, to all of the rest of the employees at DiMone we were extremely pleased with the service and treatment we received. Highly recommend!nnMark Thomas

Absolutely the best plumber in Wilmington hands-down!nGreat experience from the very first phone call. They were on time. Exceptionally courteous and very respectful of my home particularly during Covid-19.nExpert service, took the time to explain the problem and the repair. Cleaned up completely after unclogging a very messy commode drain.nI would highly recommend DiSimone for any and all plumbing issues. They are definitely the best plumber with whom I have dealt in the Wilmington area over the past 20 years.
