Dropped off 2 comforters and paid $40 up front. I was told they would be ready Tuesday evening, Wednesday the latest, as I needed them for Thursday. Wednesday my husband went to pick them up and they weren’t ready. Better yet, he was told we could drive 15-20 mins to go get them from another location. We were then told we could get them Thursday. I called and was told, yes they would be ready and at the location anytime after 330. I showed up close to 4 to just be told “oh they aren’t here, you can drive to the other location” They are so unprofessional and tell customers inaccurate information. TRAIN YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY TO SET REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!!! Also!! don’t tell customers to drive 15-20 mins away to get what they have brought to one location AND ALREADY PAID FOR! Will NOT return!

I've been dealing with them for years. Very reliable and friendly. The prices are reasonable.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!nnI really wish that I could give zero stars but I believe one star says it all. My husband had been frequenting this place until about a month or more ago when he took in several shirts to be dry cleaned. When he picked up the shirts, he noticed that one of the shirts that had been placed with his order was not his shirt and that he was missing a shirt. He let the managers know and they began to ask him a series of questions about his certainty. After explaining that he was certain and describing his shirt they told him that they would look for his shirt in hopes that someone would turn it in. Meanwhile, they tried to charge him full price for his order. He had to insist that they remove the missing shirt from his bill. He leaves and checks back in periodically. They have not found his shirt and continue to make excuses for how it went missing. He finally writes an email to the owner who says that if they can't find it, they will reimburse him if he brings in a receipt for the purchase of the shirt. Finally, after over a month of back and forth, he takes them the receipt for the shirt (luckily it was a fairly new shirt) and they nickle and dime him, essentially only giving him money for the price of the shirt itself minus the tax. The ladies who work there were very rude and at times condescending. It's bad enough to lose clothing, but the least you can do is treat people with courtesy and respect and do your best to fully compensate the aggrieved party to the customer's satisfaction. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.
