We just signed on with Unifirst and couldn't be happier! Sam has made the whole process quick and simple, from the fittings to the delivery. Any questions or concerns I have had were dealt with immediately, and Sam has followed up on every detail. The delivery guys are always polite when they come in, as well. And the best part is, now all my employees have uniforms that look neat and professional.
Great service all around!! Had to leave a different company and Unifirst picked up the pieces in stride! Sam the Service Rep was patient, understood our needs, and put the right products in place. Our driver has been excellent as well, communicating with me consistently and ensuring we have what we need on each delivery, adjusting where needed for special events or holiday spikes. Very happy with the transition and I highly recommend this team!
