I went there one thin looking for a job they were ok.
I've used them for dry cleaning as well as alterations multiple times and have always been more than pleased with the service, the quality of their work, and their rates.nnI just found out they also do a Wash & Fold Service that offers next day pickup and delivery for only $5! Can't wait to try that.
UNBELIEVABLE !!! I took 9 pairs of scrubs, total 18 items to be pressed only. When I got them home I noticed that the items, specifically the tops were still VERY WRINKLED. How in the world? They looked as though they had just been hung on the hangars. When I took them back and demanded my money back, she wanted to take the clothes and press them. Uh....NO. I have been using this location for some time, but this is my first experience with Tergeo being the owner. I am stunned that I paid $57 to have my uniforms and had to come home and iron them myself. Yes, I got my money back....but I was insistent. Will NEVER go back. They don't deserve one star
Although they do good service, they over charge often, make up prices, they don’t make good on their mistakes and they are selfish when it comes to the customers needs. I was a customer for over 2 years.. sad! There was constantly always some mark up in price on things.
Tergeo is a great small business and will work with you to deliver excellent services at a reasonable cost. I have used Tergeo for adjusting pant length, tailoring suits, and making clothes repairs. I highly recommend Tergeo for any of your cleaning or tailoring needs. They are often able to complete the work while you wait which makes it very convenient!
