The place was very good at cleaning my trench coat. They managed to get a stain out and were very fast with the cleaning. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my clothing. Wish they didn't have to cut the wrist straps to do so, even if they were re-attached later. Which is the reason it was 4/5. Because the straps were attached wrong. Other than that, it was a great, professional, and fast cleaning.

This has been my go to place for years. The owner's and staff are super nice, and the price was unbeatable. However, lately I have noticed the creases on my uniforms are constantly moving. I plan on speaking with them before ultimately moving my business elsewhere. Hopefully things will return to the level of excellence I am accustomed. I will update this post as things change.

Horrible experience. DO NOT GO. THEY WILL STRETCH YOUR CLOTHES OUT. I came in with my $300 pantsuit expecting it to come out like it was but instead it was about 1 whole size bigger. Nothing fit, the suit jacket was stretched, the pants were stretch to the point where it didn't even hug my body in anywhere anymore. I will not be coming back and I seldom write reviews but I needed people to know this so they don't make that same stupid mistake as me. You are better off cleaning your clothes at home with the quality this place has.

I have used them for years.Forgot to pick up shirts and was charged a late fee.Will not be going back again.

This is a lesson in how to lose a loyal 25 year customer.nnToday I noticed my ticket showed “no starch” on the 3 shirts I dropped off on Wednesday. I stopped today to be sure I was getting starch. Owner insisted shirts were finished and with no starch. I explained several times I was never asked how much starch I wanted. She retrieved my shirts and showed me them with no starch. I told her she could redo them “with” starch, as I was in no hurry to have them back. She just stared at me. I gave up and just paid for them. But... they have some kind of silly policy of not accepting credit cards on orders less than $5.00(?). As an ex-banker, I am not aware of the merchant charge being affected by a less than $5.00 charge.nnBottom line.... they have lost my household account.
