Usual for the area. A third of the machines don’t work. Nothing works on hot. Employees don’t wear masks and neither do half the patrons. I gave it a two star though since it’s marginally better than the place in Carolina Beach.
I love this facility due to its spaciousness and the lounge area that is offered that other facilities do not have. Recently, I have been utilizing their wash, dry, and fold service for my weekly laundry and I absolutely love it.nnDue to not having in home laundry equipment it became a hassle to lug laundry to and from my on-site facility that may or may not have a working machine or free machine and spending hours at a laundromat was not an option between work and a demanding home life. Carolina Coin Laundry has given me time back to spend my weekend with my family by offering the wash dry fold service and I'm soooo grateful.
I'm not coming here anymore. None of the workers wear masks, its filthy, all of the washing machines are corroded, the dryers are either out of order or dont dry the clothing, and if theres ever an issue the staff is completely rude.
Staff is always helpful even when they are busy. The laundry service is cheap and quick. This is my preferred place to either do my own laundry or have it done for me if I don't have the time.
Great place to do laundry, very cheap, did one big load and a med load cost right at $10 to wash and dry. Took me 1 hr done woooo! Drinks, candy and tv to watch. Change machine and atm oh and wifi
