Review for Google yelpnOn August 12, 2020 I had my whole house carpet cleaned by EcoClean Carpet Cleaner. Rylan was punctual, courteous and got the work done in the time he estimated for a reasonable fee. The reason I give them two stars, instead of 0 stars, is because of Rylan’s good attitude and work ethic and the carpet was dry in about an hour as he predicted.nUnfortunately, the cleaning system only spreads the dirt around and never removes it. There is no vacuuming up of soggy, muddy carpet dirty solvent, just spreading it around with a buffer brush which can’t get in the corners or under a raised mantle over carpet. Also, I pointed out an old blood stain which was barely changed by this treatment, but I was able to completely remove it with Safeway’s Essential carpet and upholstery cleaner.nI wanted to be ecologically friendly and try this technique of cleaning carpets, but I will return to the old fashioned way of removing filthy water after my carpet is truly clean and waiting hours for it to dry. If you want a clean carpet, I recommend trying a different service.

Helped me get an appointment right when I needed it.nJD called before the appointment to confirm, heard I was having difficulty getting ready, and came a few minutes early to help me finish my preparations for the cleaning.nHe did a great job. I had some really tough (teenager) spots and he got them much much cleaner than I thought could be done. Also, very pleasant, helpful, and answered ALL my questions.nThese guys are my first choice from here on!
