Naturalist Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

We recently bought a home and I noticed more dust than I expected for this time of year. I researched companies providing air duct cleaning. I chose Naturalist based on a Nextdoor recommendation and from talking with Kristen about the process and equipment used. I am more than pleased with the result. Aaron, co-owner with Kristen, provided exceptional service. He walked me through the process before he began, answered all my questions, and suggested what I can do to keep the air ducts clean. I wish all my experiences with suppliers and vendors were this good! I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service provided by Aaron and Kristen. I highly recommend this company.

I hired the Naturalist to clean my home in Sequim I called in for an estimate and was quoted $200 I needed three bedrooms one family room a smaller hallway and a set of stairs.nThe date of my appointment Aaron arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time. I walked him around my house to show him some concerns that I had. I have one toddler and two medium size dogs. He used a pre-treatment on my concerned areas and also confirmed that my estimate of $200 was correct.nAs he was cleaning my wife came home and asked him about the air duct cleaning that was advertised on his van. I never knew that we were supposed to clean air ducts. As he was explaining the process he also mentioned the dryer vent… I wanted to have the air duct cleaning the same time since he was already out there but unfortunately he had another job after and could not do it. However, he did have time to do my dryer vent!!! Our dryer works so much faster now I cannot believe all of the lint that was clogged in there. I am so thankful we did not have a fire from the amount of lint that was clogged in therenI have them coming out next week to do my air duct ventsnI am so looking forward to working with this company in the future. I hired this company a couple of months ago for my home in Port Angeles. I found out that they also service the Bremerton area. My mom was is serious need for a good carpet cleaning. I called to set the appointment up for her and once again the service that I received when making the appointment was awesome. I met Ron there on the day of the cleaning, The estimate I received from Kristy was exactly what we paid when the service was complete.n4 rooms and a smaller hallway was $160.00. Price is fair and worth it. I highly recommend this company and will be definitely using them again. Thank you to the Naturalist!

On time, professional and my carpets look brand new. I wasn't expecting a miracle with the condition of my carpets. I liked that fact they actually answered the phone on a Saturday when I called. Scheduling was easy and fast. Price was more then fair and the cleaning was way more then what I thought it would be. I will be calling them again.
