This was my first time at Tractor Supply and I had NO complaints. Mallori and Debbie helped me find what I was looking for, and a gentleman who looked like the head manager (tall gentleman) also took the time out of his busy schedule to get me a cart (I use a cane and didn't get one coming in) and he didn't have to do that - I appreciate it!nnMallori the cashier was super sweet, knowledgeable and made the checkout process efficient and great!nnDebbie walked me over to the exact section as well for the wrap I needed. Even the young lady who was wiping down the carts was sweet.nnI will definitely be back. I should have taken the time to walk to see what else they carried but I can do that next time!nnThank you, all of you, for your help. Amazing job!

We previously have had very good experiences at this tractor supply but are very disappointed today. My husband went in to purchase a humane trap in order to TNR a local feral cat in order to get her spayed. Online, it stated that the item was in stock and available to purchase which is something we checked ahead of time due to the distance TSC is away from our home and didn’t want to waste our time. My husband arrived and asked for assistance from an employee when he couldn’t find the product on the shelves. The employee stated that they didn’t have any of the product available, that they were currently on a pallet in the back and not able to be retrieved at that time. If the product is not available to be sold, it should be noted as out of stock on the website until able to be pulled off the pallets and onto the floor. Extremely disappointed in TSC today and likely won’t be returning to shop here.

They are helpful and try to help you out the best they can.
