Great spot, feel like the guys prepping the cars could do a little more prep. If you are paying for armor all on your tires, then actually spray them.... And they can do more than scrub the hood... Maybe scrub the sides etc... Doesn't take a lot to take your wash from good to great...
Well since I keep my car shiny and clean their managers special is what I get. That pretty much is the whole thing. And for $34 a month for a speed pass is well worth it. If not your paying $20 each time. Free vacuums and they have windex and towels for you to use. I would not even think twice!
Great place to get your car washed!! Very reasonable prices, and they even have free vacuums available to use after you go thru the wash, along with free windex and chamois cloths to use!! Very nice to provide customers at no extra cost!!
I went to that establishment on March 26th,2021 at 11:08 a.m.. paid $15 for the car wash and then vacuumed. Went home right after that which is about 10 minutes away, and I looked around at my car, and it did not clean it as good as it should have. I understand it was pollen season, but literally 10 minutes later, I was looking around at my car, and saw streaks all on the side and the hood of my car. I called up right after that, and told the employee about the situation, and he told me to bring my car in. So, I went back there, and the young man that was out there talking to me told me that I should have used the calls that were provided out there. First of all I was not informed that there was any towels that we would be able to use, and the man had a very bad attitude, and literally argued with me, telling me that he was not going to allow me to put my car through the wash again, unless I paid again. I have to say that is very poor quality customer service for an employee to argue with a customer.
The RFID reader has a problem reading my subscription tag. However, the staff are very quick and helpful to bypass the gate, or reactivate my ID chip. Thank you!
