I had Gentle Renee wash windows inside and out and had them wash some of the front brick of the house and back brick stairs. The did an excellent job! Amazing they could get to the second story windows from the ground. Courteous, quick, focused on the work. The brick washing really made a huge difference.nVery satisfied customer!

We had a great experience with Gentle Renew. The guys who came to clean our house were on time, friendly, and worked very quickly. Our house looks great! Prices seem fair, and they offer a military discount which is always nice :) We will definitely use them again!

We moved into a home in Pinehurst which had clogged gutters and needed service immediately. We were able to get an appointment from Gentle Renew to come quickly to our home and the work they performed was done in an efficient manner, at a reasonable cost, and fully met my expectations. As a result we have decided to use Gentle Renew to perform scheduled cleaning of our gutters and will also use their window cleaning service.

They did a very thorough soft wash of the house, cleaned our gutters and surrounding roof area, and windows (outside only). The windows looked great although there were a few areas that were spotty in the small horizontal area where the two window panels meet. We called the next day and they were very responsive to return and clean those areas within a couple of days. Their teams are so professional, in the field and in the office - work performance, customer service and organization are top-notch. We will certainly use their services again! Thank you!
