We have been going here for years and they always do a terrific job. Reasonable prices, never rude, always satisfied.

Needed my wedding dress pressed a week before ceremony. Bobby was super helpful, had my dress done earlier and more affordable than promised !! Can’t say enough good things, will definitely be using Valet moving forward.

A great dry cleaner. Besides regular dry cleaning, they have gotten stains out of clothing. Everyone is really nice.

I usually never write reviews, but the level of anger I have today, was caused by this place of business. I personally sympathize with the businesses of a business, but I believe this action was personal. First off, as soon as I walked in, I felt I was not welcomed at all, and never received a greeting of my presence as a customer. Being a New Yorker native, greetings are not a necessity for me when dealing with a place of business, but when I personally do not feel welcomed, this is when it becomes an issue. I observed that another customer was waiting on his garments, and he was treated quite nicely, so professionalism and people skills do exist in this establishment.nWhen I was finally asked to be helped, I asked to receive zipper rips on three garments sewn. I was told I had to come back due to the person who sews, only worked on certain days. I went back later in the next week, and the lady and I agreed on sewing my garments. I asked when it would be completed, and she stated she would give me a call. I never received a call, and went back two weeks later for my three items. The lady who “sews” greeted me as if we never spoke, and stated “she was not able to get to them, and she would work on them immediately, and would have them ready that following Friday. I was very upset, because she was not unapologetic at all. The deadline for my event was drawing near, so I was then completely at her disposable. Week four, I returned for my items and received them. Still, no incentive, no apology, just completed, so I thought. Today, I finally put on my work skirt, one of the three garments, and it was never touched. I found the garment with two sewing pins on the rip, where it was supposed to sewed.nAs being an HR professional myself, I was extremely disappointed with my experience as a customer, and will recommend no one. Extremely unprofessional treatment, and my people of color, *hint hint*, take your business were you are truly welcomed.
