I dropped my clothing off after an extended wait - they had misplaced the order for the person ahead of me (should have walked out!). I returned at the appointed time (a week later!) - nothing was ready! Don't drop off anything if you need it done on time.

Getting noticed by the staff at Olmsted Cleaners is difficult enough, but then trying to get them to record one's name and clothing deposits becomes a serious task. When done, the charges for simple laundry and dry cleaning work are startlingly high and unjustified by the quality of work done. I won't return after my single visit to this site.

Fast and friendly service! I was able to speak with the Manager, Jamie, in regards to some concerns for my wife's items. Jamie was happy to ease those concerns, and address them immediately. The items were ready as stated on the pick up slip, and my wife was impressed. Thank you for the service!
