Great experience. Took my old Ford Focus there. It is white and it was covered in dirt and mold. It shined like new, when we left. I liked that you can vacuum and use their clean rags to finish it off. Thank you so much. I will be back often.
Love the place. The only problem is when the skinny girl with the rings on her fingers I'd doing pre wash she doesn't do a good job. I always have to spend extra time wiping the bugs off my car. But still this is a good deal when you join the unlimited car wash club
If I could I would give this place a 0 stars. Completely horrible car wash. Been 2 times and both times terrible. Only get a answering machine when I call to complain. Didn't even remove the pollen. I could've done a better job at home with my water hose. Also the car wash sandblasted my clear coat off my truck. Would not recommend anyone going to this place if you value your paint job on your vehicle.
Not as advertised, they did not provide services that were paid for, and then they did not respond. The Tidal Wave order menu shows that undercarriage wash is included only if you buy their most expensive package. We paid $25 for one wash, but were disappointed when there was no undercarriage spray after all. The sides and top of the truck were wet; but the bottom was completely dry. This is false advertisement. I asked the representative at the car wash about the undercarriage spray, and he said yes it is supposed to come on but had no further answers as to why it had not and offered no solutions. Not sure what we paid $25 for, since we now have to go through a different car wash to get the underside cleaned. Save your money, other washes are better for much less.nnUPDATE: Regarding the owners response, as stated in the original review, we did try to speak to staff on site and they did not care; no explanation or remedy was offered.
Best place to get your car wash anytime you want as many times you want before 9pm if your a member unlimited washes and free vacuum.........I want to update this review and change my star ratings. I recently visited tidal wave to wash my car as usual and was denied access thru membership. I recently posted as a member you get unlimited washes that is not true. They have you believe you do. You only have access to one wash per day. I change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars
