Was able to have a hard-to-find key made. Mower parts department is awesome. Great selection of hardware.

Would've gave 5 stars but employees knew less than myself - asked for gelp they could not do so yet they followed me around the store. i.e. I am a tattoo artist so guess I have to be a theft!(?) I wish people would change their views.. Sad experience, degrading and awful customer service...

Good hardware store with helpful and friendly employees. Always someone to assist finding what your looking for. The service department is best around for small engine maintenance, repair, tune ups, chain sharpening or education on your yard tools. It's a full hardware store with everything you may need. The sell Stihl power tools and have great product service. I have bought chainsaws and blowers here. I come here to find about everything I need for fixing things around the house.

The employees are always willing to help if needed. They're all kind and courteous.
