Had a great experience with fixing a leaking pipe and also what I thought was clogged (turned out to be broken) garbage disposal I had put off for a while that I had to replace. US plumbing was easy to schedule with, on time, very nice and professional the whole way. Did an excellent job explaining to me what was going on with my garbage disposal and how to better take care of it in the future once I got it replaced. I would highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again in the future for my plumbing needs!

I was very happy with US Plumbing's responsiveness and quality of work. Jakob arrived ahead of schedule, cleared my slow shower drain and replaced a water heater bladder before he was to start. I know where I'll go in the future. I love that it was a local group (from Clayton).

What a wonderful experience! Called on the spot with plumbing issues and they were at my house within the hour, took care of the problem in little to no time. My husband noticed our water heater was leaking and in pretty bad shape. We called US Plumbing because of the (40) FIVE STAR reviews, very hard to do.nnAnd we were NOT disappointed! My husband was pleased with his conversation with Max, he was helpful, offered guidance and very knowledgeable. Even though it was a Saturday, they made plans to come give us an estimate the next day, Sunday. They let us know that after looking at our heater, they might be able to install a new water heater same day, if replacement was necessary(it was).nnThat same day, we got a call that they had a cancellation and they could come out, which they did. Jacob rang our door and from the get go was very knowledgeable & courteous, observed COVID by wearing a mask and kept proper social distance.nnWe had a new water heater installed that day. Jacob was such a nice young man, who knew what he was doing. The entire experience was pleasant, the price was right and we would not hesitate to recommend US Plumbing!
