I had been going to this dry cleaners for many years and I won’t go again. It’s a DARN good thing I took a picture of the heap of comforters and quilts I brought in because : 1 was labeled as a wedding dress, one wasent even labeled ( and she wasent even going to give it to me!!! And one was miss labeled I don’t know what it was. My ticket said there were so many pieces, she wasent going to give me the not labeled quilt . Then I remembered I took a picture of all of them on their counter before I left! I showed her the picture and there it was! I’ll never go back.

I brought my clothes in and was told dresses are double the price. Nothing posted anywhere. My dresses are smaller than men’s dress shirts and I have to pay more? Crazy. The only reason to go to this cleaners is the price because their work is not the best. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this is the last time I’ll be frequenting this establishment. All I bring are my dresses and won’t pay double because the owner wants to make more cash. I hope others do the same. A price hike like this is ludicrous.

I brought my suit to Best Price Cleaners in Clayton and was very pleased with the service and a job well done on my suit. The service was great and the process was really same day although I didn't need it same day. You guys are outstanding. 5 Stars

Absolute disaster! The price is right, until... Mom had a dress stained and quit going--and you should always listen to your mother! Three dress shirts over two weeks ruined--two stained, one with button melted. New shirts. They said the shirts were stained previous to cleaning (not, only wore them two or three times and I am very careful with my stuff). Then said melted button was because the botton was old... Again, shirt was only worn two or three times and was virtually new. New job, new clothing. No satisfaction at the counter. Beware! I can't tell you how unhappy I am--I tried reaching out to the staff, and only got excuses and blame. Come on--one dress, three shirts over three weeks and three cleanings. Unacceptable.

Raised the prices this year, but the service remains fair to poor. One of the only reasons I used this dry cleaner was same day service. Now, they don't even honor that. It's hit-or-miss whether you can get your clothes back on the same day. Should not be trusted with any delicate or valuable clothes.
