This place is hard to rate because it's a 2 part business. The dry cleaning side is good, just like any other dry cleaner nothing really sets them apart. The staff is nice. Limited English speakers so have patience. It's the laundromat part that is janky as hell. It's one of the only laundromats here in Clayton, out of 20 washers, 8 of them are working. Out of 26 dryers, 7 of them work, 4 of them properly. My advice is to come on the weekday during work hours, and definitely avoid weekends as you're going to run into waiting for machines. Also be careful fully when feeding coins into the machines as they get stuck in the coin slots.

This is the worst laundry matt i have ever seen. Half the machines are broken some don't even have a door on them. No i didn't stay to do laundry. I went to TR Lee's it may be an older laundry matt but at least it's clean and the machines work

Average service. A little be more expensive than other places around the city; the days of my visit I was greeted kindly and the girl at the front was courteous. I am satisfied with the services provided however will probably not make it my home cleaners.

I took my expensive block print dress to be dry cleaned. They told me it would cost extra because of a stain. I went back 2 days after they said it would be ready and it was not. They told me to return in a few days. I returned, paid the extra fee, picked the dress then realized when I got home that the dress still had stains and part of what they had cleaned had bled through to other parts of my dress. I took it right back so they could finish cleaning it and the owner said that was the best he could do. I tried to show him the stains and reminded him he charged me extra to clean the dress and he had some missed spots. I told him I just needed him to provide the service I paid for and he said he couldn't get it any cleaner. So i asked him for SOME of my money back since he didn't deliver and if he was unable to clean it, he should've told me that when I dropped it off or when I went at the first appointed time to pick it up. Instead, he said no and shut the door in my face. What poor service and response! As comfortable as he was doing that, I concluded he must've done this a few times. I would NEVER recommend them. Find another dry cleaner for your laundry services, do NOT use them as your outfit may be ruined and the service is seriously lacking.
