We moved into our new build in Nov 2018. During the following months in the early part of 2019, we noticed a significant reduction in the quality of our floors. Chips, Gaps, Cupping, Waving and Cracking. We asked for someone to come out and take a look. The gentleman that was assigned to the project assured us that we were in good status since we had made the claim within the warranty time period for any repairs. We were scheduled to have the consultant come back out to set up repairs for this summer. However since the beginning of COVID we have called and left several messages and there were no responses. It would have been really nice to know that we meant more to this company and that they were willing to honor the warranty agreement. I'm not sure I understand this type of business behavior, but we will be doing our do diligence to seek clarity and closure on this matter.

We had to have some existing hardwood that was pre-finished ripped out due to a leak. We had American Hardwood replace the ripped out wood, install hardwood in the living room (was carpet), and then sand everything (Family Room, Hall, Living Room, Foyer, Dining Room), seal it, and polyurethane coat it. (yes, we decided to forego stain, LOVE IT!!!) Also, installed hardwood on our stairs (were carpet).nThey communicated well, took pride in their work, floors are beautiful!!! I was quite appreciative, of their communication if there were any deviations at all from the pan, they notified me right away. Very smooth! Follow up was good to ensure we were satisfied! Really glad they were recommended to me, quite pleased. Everyone that's seen the floors really like them too!

I’ve been trying to contact the company for Previous work they done, that needs to be fixed, and they will not ask the phone.
