Customer service is impossible to reach. Prices are not at all competitive. Cancelling monthly billing is a complete hassle. Above all, I had to wash my car by hand after visiting the Clayton location.nnI do not recommend parting with your hard-earned dollars for what this business has to offer.nnI welcome a response from this company as you still have not answered your phones.nn6-17-21 update on this company: The response from this company isn’t a call back after leaving my personal phone number and an unsatisfied review. Instead, it’s a request for a service ticket which I have already done well before the company’s response. They would know this if it was a priority.nn6-18-21 update on this company: Refund for services was made without efforts to salvage a possible customer. Thank you for the refund. Hopefully your focus on gaining customers will create some changes in your business. I’ll use another service in the meantime.
I'm pretty much done here. $13.00 for a car wash that doesn't even get the bugs off my windshield? I don't think so. The rest of the suckers lined up for this rip off are welcome to it. No more of MY money.

New ownership... the past three times I've been all the sprayers have not worked (in the drive through, with the rollers). Use to, they would send you back through, now they say owner want allow. It really sucks, when they don't care if customers are satisfied anymore. People that work there don't even know the owners. Use to be very good to deal with. Not so sure now
Went to wash my Tiger in the manual bays. 3 of the 4 bays were broken. The only one with a functioning card reader was on a broken bay so it was effectively cash only. I only discovered this after an employee walked up to me within inches of my face, and pulled his mask off, then proceeded to tell me the bay was broken. You could have told that to me from 20 feet away, you didn't need to come right to my face and practically kiss me in the middle of a pandemic.nnI think based on the other reviews, unless you are doing the auto car wash, just don't even bother. I don't even know why they have manual anything here as it is clearly not a priority for them. It is an afterthought at best and maybe not even that.
