We were there during off season so no big crowds. Its an outdoor event and the stadium is pretty big. The background is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Would love to go back during regular season.
The original show was absolutely amazing. It covered everything in the history and was very informative. Luckily, the last year of the original play, they provided DVDs. After that year, they changed the performance and shortened it. The actors are also inexperienced and some even forgot their lines. The food and drinks are decently priced and what you would expect. If you've seen the show before, please avoid. However, if it's your first time and you're okay with acting that is subpar, then go see it!
My family and I have seen this show a few years ago. I can say it was an amazing show back thennOwer son back then about 12 was amazed by this show and did not want it to end.
We saw the Sleepy Hollow Experience. We really enjoyed the play and the outdoor theater made it even spookier. All the theater staff were so nice. The ushers dressed as plague doctors and grim reapers were a great touch.
We attended the opening night drama of The Sleepy Hollow Experience at the Unto These Hills Outdoor Theater. It was so much fun. It started with spooky characters dressed in black capes and mask slowly walking around the Theater with lanterns while people were being seated. They did a great job staying in character and scaring us until the show begin. The actors were totally immersed with the audience. We had great seats on the first row and had a lot of interaction with the actors during a short intermission. The actors were perfect in their roles. The play had lots of music, singing and special effects. We really enjoyed our evening. I encourage you to go and beware of the Headless Horseman! ud83cudf83
