Public photography is NOT a crime! The way Chief Hall treated the man that was out there filming (which is protected under the first amendment) was unprofessional and very unbecoming to not only the Chief but to the police department as a whole. Every single one of you took an oath to uphold the constitution but instead you treat citizens like peasants and violate their rights every chance you get.

Chief Hall is out of control. He needs to spend less time praying for people and trying to intimidate them and more time learning the law that he is sworn to uphold. Clowns like him give law enforcement a bad name.

Chief Hall is a disgrace to his badge and his oath. The thin blue lines are desecrating the flag and should not be allowed on uniforms or cars in public .
