I'm HOA president of small condo complex (6 homes). Had sewage line backing up into street. Had someone from a national 'name brand' group come out, and they misdiagnosed the issue by only snaking one side of the system (looked left not right). Was told if happened again would probably need to tear up entire parking lot. Had Matt from Plumb Masters come out, he did a complete review, snaking both sides and found a simple bottle was causing the issue. Was in contact with me the entire time, sent me pictures, and did it all for a lot less! String recommend from me!! Nice work Matt!!
Matt and J came out to the house as a second opinion, they were very informative, responded quickly and we're reasonably priced. They didn't give up until they knew what was wrong and went the extra mile to fix the problem. These guys were awesome, they will be my new go to guys for all my plumbing needs. Very thankful I called them.
I recently needed to have some plumbing repairs done to my rental property after my tenant moved out. They did a complete check-up of the plumbing systems and recommended the best way to fix any problems left by the tenant. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them anytime I need a plumber.
I made an appointment for plumbing work to be completed at home. I was informed they were busy and that it would be two weeks before they could help me. No problem, at least they made me aware. My week came around and I reached out to see if we were still on plan. At that time they informed me that other jobs became a higher priority and that my appointment could not be fulfilled. Very unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else.
