I love Carolina cleaning network! The staff, especially Sabrina, she is always so helpful, friendly and very professional when I drop off my carpet to be cleaned. Also, the service is fast and the carpet is spotless!!! I recommend Carolina Cleaning Network for all your carpet cleaning needs. I had givenmgiven wool rug for cleaning and scothchguard treatment as per their mother's day offer this year.nI have had this rug for years and am familiar with how the rug pile is different for each stripe of color in the rug. I got my rugnnback after cleaning and they had shave the carpet pile in one section of the rug to bare bottom. No prior permission was taken or not we're we informed when the rug was picked up post cleaning. Mind you that this is the first time we have giventhis rug for cleaning. Very disappointed that they disfigured the rug and nobody informed us. Also there is a strange stain on the rug of which I have no recollection ever happening tnTo the owner who responded after 8 months. I did not have the rug listed in my name it's in my husband's name with a different last name. Try searching with last name Gupte.

Had 13 year old couch set pretty dirty, I thought they were a lost cause, buy I was wonderfully surprised. They came back looking almost new, I could hardly believe it. Will recommend to any and all, you will love it
