Run! First, they ruined my new comforter. I took 3 items in for dry cleaning and my comforter, which was almost new, came back with 3 large tears! My cocktail dress was still dirty on the hem and my husband's jacket was still dirty on the collar. The owner immediately blamed me! She refused to listen, even talked over me, stating that my dog was at fault, or maybe a cat!! I'm just speechless at this point and couldn't even bring up the dress and jacket. I would not bring the items back to her for fear she would completely ruin them! Be aware- they have no website. They rarely answer the phone and have no answering service or machine. They will not call you or update you and you will wait a very long time- I promise you that. This woman was so rude and had no intention of helping me and could care less about my comforter. Which I loved! I recommended she attend a seminar for customer service and read a book on how to manage a business, because she clearly has no idea what she's doing. And doesn't care if customers return or not. Very sad. So, RUN!

I needed a minor repair for a pair a shoes. It was done right away and it was very cheap. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Plus the owner was really friendly! My mom suggested this place to me and said that she really liked taking her laundry there when she lived in the area. Would definitely recommend :)

Took in 2 pairs of shoes to get the heels fixed. She told me it was going to be a $10 deposit and then in the next breath charged me a $14 deposit. $4 is no big deal but just be up front and honest about the price. She also said that they would be ready Saturday and then before I left she said Monday.

Terrible customer service! I took her my $400 pair of Frye boots to cut the seam on the inner part of the boot and put elastic there because the boots wouldn’t zip because my calf’s are too big. She told me she would put 2 inches of elastic in and even measured my calf so we would be sure they would fit. She also told me she would put in brown elastic since the boots were brown. First, she told me she would have them done in 10 days and when I called her on the 11th day they still weren’t done. Notice I said I had to call her because she never once called my phone even though she told me she would. So no communication unless I called her. So finally 2 weeks from the day I dropped them off she said they were ready. So I went to pick them up and they still wouldn’t zip. She only put 1 inch of elastic instead of 2 inches which is why they still didn’t fit. So she told me she would take that out and put the right size of elastic in. She told me to give her 4 days and they would be done. So on the 5th day I still hadn’t heard anything from her so I called up there. She then told me that she didn’t have enough brown elastic and she could put black elastic in. I, of course, told her no I wanted brown elastic on them because the boots are brown. I didn’t want black elastic because that would stand out like a sore thumb. So she told me she would order brown elastic and to give her 2 weeks to get the elastic in stock and to redo them. She said once again she would call me when they were done. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks I called up there and she said I can’t find the brown elastic and that she didn’t have time to drive to the store she typically gets it from. At this point I’m extremely aggravated because she’s had my boots for over a month, they still aren’t fixed right and she didn’t have the courtesy to call me and let me know what was going on. While on the phone this time she proceeds to tell me it’s my fault because I told her to only put 1 inch of the elastic in the first time. This was not the truth because I even had her measure my calf. This was on Wednesday that i called her. She told me she would try to figure something out and call me by the weekend and if she couldn’t get the elastic she would just give me the boots back. So on Thursday I went up there and got my boots back because I was tired of dealing with her. When I went in there she continued to tell me that I was the one who told her to only put the 1 inch which again was a lie. She did give me my money back but considering my boots still weren’t fixed and that she cut the boots to put the elastic in I think I deserved that. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone! Definitely will find someone else for all my shoe repair needs.
