The card machine didn’t work and machines don’t take coin or debt card. So if you didn’t have a “Easy Card” with money already on it then you were out of luck!!! Luckily there was a nice gentleman that had money left on his card and we were able to get our clothes washed. At least 5 washing machines were down and 8 dryers. The soda machine and snack machine was out of order and the place was filthy!
Half the dryers does not work not very clean if i could give zero stars i would! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND that's on mary had a little lamb
This place needs to get shut down. Over half the machines are out of order. The rest is all a gamble. I just lost $10 having to switch machines 3 times. The owner or staff is nowhere to be found. No number to call. This place needs a new owner, new management, or at least someone on duty at all times during business hours. How is this place even open, we as paying customers shouldn't have to go through this.
It's ok half the machines dont work and the bathrooms are always closed and the vending machines never work either
Half of the machines are not working and no attempt has been made by management to fix them.
