Had a sewer backup which flooded the basement, called Renew Restoration and cleanup. Josh the lead technician was great, within a couple hours from calling he came out and setup fans and dehumidifier to start the drying process. He also assisted with the insurance claim.nafter the dry-out process a crew returned to clean and sanitize the areas that were damaged, that crew did an outstanding job in a very professional and timely manner. within a week from the first calling, the basement was back to normal with the help of Renew Restoration, Josh, and the crew that cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend Renew Restoration. Great company to work with.
