Got my car cleaned today to get all of the pollen off. I was quickly sent through the line to get through the wash. Mr. Kyle, in the blue shirt, was able to wipe my car down quickly and efficiently making my car look 10x better than it did before. Would highly recommend this store with the service that was provided today!
Ahhhhmazing experience!
Got my car “cleaned” today and unfortunately for them they did a real half job. I had vacuumed it a few days prior, it literally looks the exact same as it did when I took it there with the exception of the outside being cleaned. If I pay for the package that includes the interior cleaning then that’s what I expect. I will add photos later but this was such a waste of time and money. I have called their number and currently am waiting for a call back. I will update the review at a later time if/when they contact me back. I am selling the vehicle tonight and will not be returning to auto bell for a “re-do” or any future business.
They did not do half of the things I purchased. My windows have streaks. My inside was not wiped down. My rubber mats were not wiped down. And the fragrance that I requested was not used. Complete rush job. Not worth the $30+
We just rode through to wash off the pollen but everyone was polite, helpful, and the line moved quickly.
