took 1 piece to get cleaned and they were not able to deliver it on the promise time due to some sort of machine/truck issues. I understand things happen but these people were very unprofessional. For one, upon pick up I was told they tried to call some people to let them know the situation but I did not receive a phone call because they did not verify my number at drop off. Second, the lady told me it should be delivered by the next day however, the next day i call ahead to check and the man tells me no it hasn't been delivered yet and that I should probably come back the following day. Days go by and still no phone call. At pick up the man at the front was very unpleasant and did not offer any apology. To make matters WORSE my piece still had lint and hair all over it! To anyone reading this, unless your fine with half cleaned items and poor customer service do not go here.
Great dry cleaner. Very nice. I just wish I didn't have to take off those safety pins with the paper tag.
Good prices and quality service. Always done by the deadline.
