I was so impressed by their work... the technicians were very personable and explained everything in detail. They were on time, and the estimate was exactly what the charges came out to. Wonderful experience with Carpet Pro Cleaners! Great communication leading up to the appointment, arrived on time and were incredibly professional. They cleaned our sectional and area rug in under an hour and left us with product samples AND a ton of recommendations and suggestions on keeping our furniture and rugs clean. Love that they use only green products. Highly recommend!
They were great! From the phone call setting up the appointment to the two gentlemen who arrived to do the cleaning. They arrived on time and were very nice gentleman. Very knowledgeable too! Will definitely use them again!
Carpet Pro Cleaners provided excellent service. They stretched the carpet, then cleaned. Very professional and friendly young men. The entire process, from ordering service to completion of the work, was a pleasant experience. Cost for the work was very reasonable.
We had a small house fire a couple of years ago, and CPC did such an outstanding job cleaning our furniture, that I have continued to have them clean our furniture bi-yearly (we have pets and small kids that do a number on our living room furniture)nnAlso, I want to say that my favorite product of theirs is the spot cleaner. It is one of the best cleaning products I have ever used. It gets stains up without leaving a ring on upholstery fabrics. I use it all of the time.
