Cleaned my clothes better than the other cleaner I have used in the past. I will be returning and I live 28 mins away.
Good service here, friendly, & they do a good job on my clothes.
The price is awesome but the customer service is not the best. I took a skirt that has a belt to get it cleaned. I realized a couple of weeks later, that the belt was missing. Went back to the location and they found the belt. Belt was dirty so I asked whether they were going to clean it and the girl asked me to pay to get it cleaned or provide a receipt. She has horrible customer service.
I find Dry Clean City to be a top grade cleaning facility. You ask and they comply; Excellent for the price one pays. Dry Clean City is a golden place for dry cleaning - [far better than Regal which has purchased of the small operations (the Mom and Pop) and runs their system as Ford does with making new cars down the assembly line and their prices are parallel of the cost of a Volkswagen to Maybach!]
Absolutely the best price and quality in Durham.
