When my favorite dry cleaners sold their business, I struggled to find a good dry cleaner. Based on reviews I selected Executive. They shrunk a sweater which has been dry cleaned many times with no. problem and is clearly labeled dry clean only and they were unable to remove a stain from my husband's dress pants. No different than any other run of the mill dry cleaner. Possibly worse based on the sweater.
Great dry cleaners. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! They go above and beyond to help out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!
Had a sentimental dress that had gotten washed and dried w red lipstick, which stained large portions of the dress. Dropped off for cleaning and they were able to remove most of it and helped to salvage the dress. It looks great and can be worn again! Highly recommend!
I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give “0”. Took my husbands jerseys in to be cleaned and they burnt the black off one of the numbers on his $150 jersey. Then took forever to try to make it right and that was by giving a check around $40
I have tried several dry cleaners in South Durham and all of them are pretty much the same. Mediocre service, overpriced, and excuses as to why they cannot get stains out until I found these folks. I have finally found my go to dry cleaners. Family run business in the same location for the last 28 years and they do everything in house. Early morning and late hours to accommodate a busy schedule. Friendly service. Drive-thru. Alterations. Prices on par with the area. ($40.85 with tax for 4 dresses). AND they got my stains out!!!!! I chatted up the lovely women checking me out and when she found out it was my first time she gave me a free lint roller. This is the service I have been looking for. I spend good money on my clothes and I want someone who takes pride in the job that they do. Do not waste your time going anywhere is South Durham.
