Good service and glad they changed to an easier dropoff system. However, it would be really nice if they were open on Sundays like they used to be.
The cleaning service was fine. However, they took the liberty to permanently barcode MY PROPERTY without asking. I know how little barcodes on my nice wool/cashmere sweaters! I never consented to you vandalizing my clothing! This is a shameful and disrespectful practice that is unnecessary. I do not want your damn labels permanently affixed to my fine clothing.

I have received good service from this Cleaners in the past. Today when i walked in to drop off my clothes the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong i could not stay. I do not smoke and i certainly do not want my clothes to smell like i do.
Fast, good, and friendly. If you need to pick up an item on Saturday the latest you can drop off is generally 9am Friday because they don't run clothes on Saturday (it's a pick-up/drop-off day only.)
