Courteous and prompt drive up, curbside service at fair prices. Can't beat that!
I'm wearing a dress shirt for the first time in three months due to being home for the quarantine. This shirt was missing a small button on the sleeve. The Fayetteville Road location in Durham repaired the missing button without me even asking. I didn't notice until, now, months later. This is fantastic service. I really appreciate that attention to detail.

Brought two rugs for cleaning. The clerk told me rugs are prepay and she could not find a measuring tape so I could not leave them. I offered to leave a deposit and she said it was not possible.
