Rylee Ann Apartments

Visited this property recently in some recon I'm doing for a pending move a few months from now. I've been in public service for years and for me customer care is probably number one when I make a decision on where to live. The personable and professional treatment I experienced with the manager moved this property to the front of my short, short list.

I really enjoyed living here . The staff was sweet and quick to help fix maintenance problems. I had a great connection with Sachi in the office. She was professional yet friendly. She made coming to the office with little issues easy because I knew she’d always look out for the best of the community.

They leave papers on the door almost everyday. They enter your apartment without a notice, which legally they must give a 48 hour notice. They do not listen to your complaints or take care of them either. The current property manager is rude and knocked on my door without notifying me that the previous manager no longer worked there and she was the new one. She started stating accusations that did not apply to me, and when I asked her who she was she wouldn't tell me her name and then left. Very rude and unprofessional. The cost of living here is not worth the price at all. I would not recommend moving into this place.

Seriously love the staff here, kind, professional, always cheerful and always available to answer Any and all questions or concerns! Plus the maintenance staff are great as well! Highly recommend this place!

My friend lives at Rylee and every time I visit it makes me want to move there. The property is well kept and management has been very helpful to her (where I live management is awful). I wish it was closer to my work, but if I ever switch jobs to something closer, it’s my first pick.
