Extremely overpriced cheaply made apartments. Floors are super thin that despite carpeting you can clearly hear your neighbors. (I paid extra to be on the 3rd floor and that was a waste of money.) Sure it has A/C but not enough to cool even a one bedroom.

I am not exactly sure where to begin with this place. The only good thing I have to say about living there was the staff was fairly efficient about getting back to me on concerns that I had while living there.nnBefore I moved in, we vacuumed the floors just to start with a clean slate in the apartment. After we were finished vacuuming we found nearly 3-4 inches of pure sand in the vacuum cleaner. Now, at this time I wasn't aware that they are supposed to professionally hire someone to come clean the carpets upon arrival. I had just figured the people before me decided to have a beach party before I moved in. Didn't think much of it at the time. There were also quite a few holes in the walls from the previous tenants that were never filled or painted over.nnAfter living there for a little over a year, I have a few complaints about my experience. There were multiple instances where someone was parked in my ONE spot which then forced me to park in the street and receive parking tickets. I am a hospital employee who works night shift, therefore I would not get up every three hours to move my car as the street instructs. The outside of the building was not kept up at all. Cobwebs and spiders covered the place. Work orders wouldn't get fulfilled for weeks.nnDue to the pandemic and the raise in price of my rent I could not live there anymore while also being a nursing student. I exchanged multiple emails with an employee voicing my concerns in receiving part of my deposit back with the tough times we are in. She reassured me and understood where I was coming from. After being out of there for two weeks I receive a check in the mail for $0.01. ONE CENT. I called the office and asked them why to even bother and they replied with that it was policy to give me the remainder of my deposit. I asked for an itemized list of where my deposit went and she proceeded to tell me it was to paint the walls, deep clean the apartment (which I kept spotless), replace the drip tray of the oven, and professionally clean the carpet. Which then takes me full circle of how those things can be done between tenants, but when I moved in, none of those things were done. I am currently waiting to be put in touch with the director to dispute these charges. Will post updates. I would NOT recommend living here under any circumstances.

I love living here. I have a beautiful 3rd floor view of the river and it is worth every penny. Sometimes the trail gets loud but it is happy energy and that is sweet.nThe staff in the office is wonderful and gracious. They have been helpful during the covid crisis and understanding when accidents happen. Although, I don't go often they provide community gatherings with food and activities. I have no intention of leaving any time soon.

Great location. Great and comfortable apartments. Great management. Neighbors not always the most friendly. But my pups are happy and it makes me content.

Moved here from out of state and couldn't find a decent place, although I was worried about the cost of just the 1 bedroom unit it was well worth the price as a lot more than just a room is what you get with the deal. Pool, bbq grill clubhouse ext. the fact that its right next to the river and all the parks makes it even better! basically in the heart of Wenatchee close to all the shopping you ever need. You pretty much get what you pay for...the office staffing is phenomenally professional and I should mention Amanda...if there ever was a outstanding apartment manager, she takes the cake and frosting right with it, I wish there where more people like her, straight up no BS and works with you not against you like other places...if you want a nice quiet friendly neighborhood complex this is your place to call home way to go RIVERSIDE 9 for allowing us to enjoy your fortress of solitude. and thanks again for all your help and understanding :D If the owner reads this...Please give Amanda a big fat Bonus...and a hug for me too :D thanks!
