Coldwell Banker: André Peters

This person showed up for an inspection for a property that has known tenants to be living in the garage. So without prior notice she entered a private dwelling. More so she attempted to contact and intimidate one tenant. She had wild claims and accusations about rental payments which are unfounded. In no minced words she told this tenant that she herself (Andre Peters) was now in charge of listing and selling this property and that she and whoever else (the tenant and her adolescent son) must vacate immediately. Now I'm no legal expert but I am inclined to think and feel that this Andre Peters is possibly taking her potential commission a bit too seriously as to willfully commit obvious violations of policy/procedure possibly rcw laws and regulations. I don't wish any type of prosecution on Andre Peters of Coldwell banker but maybe she should be taken down a peg or two and get her mind right before she does this to someone else. I wonder if her supervisor is aware of the actions and potential consequences she gives the company...
