Herring & Associates Inc

We've rented form Herring for over 7 years now. Its been a great experience. Pay your rent and don't bother other neighbors and they don't bother you. My fridge went out today, so hoping to hear back shortly. When our water heater went out, they had someone in next morning and all was fixed. Great company to rent from in my book!

Herring and Associates has been, so far, the most lovely company I've rented from. My apartment is super nice, they've been incredibly prompt with all repairs that have been needed, even as soon as the very next day! They replaced appliances that were in disrepair upon move in immediately, and are super professional and very friendly. When reading the negative reviews, remember that there are two sides to every story, I can say that so far my experience has been wonderful.

Friendly staff and met my appointment time. The doctor was very personable and didn't try to sell me anything extra, just what I needed and I could pick it up from the store. Everything was very clean and up to date.

I had the most wonderful conversation with one of the employees regarding a rental I was interested in. Kelly was the most kind and helpful person and really went out of her way to answer all of my questions. She was amazing to talk to and I give her 5 stars!

They now the front laws in the summer. In the spring they do clean up and trim bushes and cut Rose's. In the winter they do front snow removal. If toilet or sink leaks they have some comes it in appropriate time.
