I rented from Huber for 5 years and they are the absolute worst. High rent, maintenance goes without repair, turns off water without explanation, does not hold to contract agreements, charges unreasonably high fees. I have been to small claims with them once already to get my money back. Linda Thomas, you deserve every awful thing thats happened to you.

Rented from Huber for two years. Every 1 star review which should have the option for 0, But read all the 1 star reviews, I felt like I knew these other renters, most of the 1 star reviews seemed so familiar. And when they found out we had a little retirement money in the bank they made us pay a year in advance up front. Also 3 months living there we had a home invasion and got ripped off for about 6000 dollars laptops, phones fossils a gun etc. 6 Months later the house owner came for a walk thru really nice guy. Wish we could've rented from him, but when I mentioned the Robbery he was Shocked they didn't inform him! Would Never Deal with Them Again! I do not recommend it. Beware!

We’ve just started the move in process with Huber and their staff has been professional and friendly throughout the process. Their quick responses made for an early move in date and we are beyond thrilled to have found our home through them!

I have been working with Linda and her team for close to 4 years and they manage multiple units for me. When tenants vacate, there is usually a new tenant ready to move in within a week and the longest it has taken may be 30 days, which is very acceptable, especially when it occurs in the winter. Maintenance requests are never enjoyable to receive, but certainly necessary to protect my investment and I've never had a bad experience with them. I get a call before any major work is to be done to make sure I agree and am included in that process. I also want to add that it is important to me that tenant requests for maintenance are handled in a timely manner to ensure their experience is a good one while staying at my properties and Huber has been quick to reach out to me whenever these requests were required.nnThe last thing I want to add is that we went through an eviction (A tenant I had before choosing Huber's services so they did NOT place this tenant) and they helped handle the entire process, which if you've been involved in any, is never an enjoyable experience. 4 years later, I'm happy to say I have not had a bad experience with 1 tenant they have placed.

I’m not surprised to see a low rating here. I’ve had a simple storage unit for 6 years which was switched over to their care 4 years ago. The lights have been burned out in my hall for well over a year and more are burning out so it’s really hard to see in my unit. I keep emailing them but as I’ve experienced a lot over these last 4 years no one EVER replies unless you reach out to the actual owner of the property Huber is supposed to be managing. They consistently have terrible customer service practices. For the sake of my tenants, I would go with a company with a better rating and higher integrity.
