It was our blessing to have a friend recommend Paul Mares/Premier One Properties to us when we arrived in Wenatchee to begin our home search. We were in touch via email, but met Paul on our first Saturday in town. He had set up showings, and we saw all of the houses we had viewed on line that were still available. We searched a couple of days with no luck, but Paul always responded to our inquiries (not easy as he was working with four of us.) Then on the last Saturday our kids were in town, we revisited two homes and saw for the first time, a house in the Apricot Hill development in Malaga. Ed and I knew we loved the house, and our kids checked off the boxes of fire, police, hospitals, shopping, etc. Paul furnished us with comps in a short period of time, and we made our offer based on information he provided. Long story short, we bought the house and are in the process of getting ready to move in. In our real estate purchasing history, we have never had a broker come to the signing; Paul did!
