I. Needed my car inspected and the women inspector refused to do her job on two separate visits I finally had to drive 150 miles to another inspection center and it took the man ten minutes to do what my paperwork. Told him to do and I was on my way

I was stopped by Trooper Albert Arrey on my way to Leavenworth with my two kids in the back. He claimed I had been on my phone when in fact I was not. He claimed that he saw one hand on the phone next to my ear while driving past sunnyslope. I disagreed and insisted that there was no way I was on my phone while driving. I politely asked him to check my phone logs but he refused and did not reason with me. I was issued a ticket nonetheless. I have no problem covering this amount but this officer accused me of something I did not do. It was his word against mine I suppose. I will have to contest this in court with factual evidence.
