Officer Ruiz is rude and escalates situations unnecessarily. Their commanding officer doesn't call back to hear complaints about his officers. This PD is another one of Washington's worst departments.

Stopped me while walking home after I crossed the highway (while obeying all laws and lights) and said I crossed on a red light. Ya the lights for cars were red which in turn means the walking light was not red. And the fact that it's only a white walk symbol for about 3 seconds then does its countdown means they should walk more so hey know how the signals work. And also just because you have a badge DOES NOT MAKE YOU RIGHT! Don't have to worry about being harassed by Wenatchee Police. Go bother people that are actually causing problems.
