Jaden from Allied came out twice this week, once to replace a dishwasher and once to repair an outdoor faucet that wouldn't turn off. The dishwasher barely fit but he got it installed and working well. The outdoor faucet repair turned out to be a quick fix and so he ended up not even charging me. He was professional, friendly, and competent. I'll definitely use Allied again.

The Cashmere Museum is grateful for the help Allied Plumbing & Pumps provided to us recently as we build a new ADA compliant bathroom on our ground floor. One of our Board members is donating his time to build it, and Allied agreed to donate their time and technology to help us locate and hook up to the sewer. Kevin, the technician, was on time, extremely professional, communicative, and worked well with our team. We are now ready to progress to the next steps and could not have gotten to this point without Allied's generosity. 10/10 - would recommend. Thank you!

The team at Allied Plumbing is awesome! I woke up to a puddle on the kitchen floor, gave them a call & by early afternoon the problem was diagnosed & the leaky faucet replaced. Their communication from the first call to the technician’s visit was outstanding. I knew that Margaret would have a great team: Kris, Kirsta & Brad - thank you!!

Allied plumbing came after hours to diagnose and unclog my sewage line. The plumber did not have equipment to camera the line and opted to snake my line from the nearest toilet (extra charge for resetting the toilet) because he could not find the clean out. He claimed to find the clog but the next day it clogged again. I had another plumber come out and they were able to immediately find the clean out but ran a camera in the line from the septic intake (instead of charging me for resetting a toilet). Found a belly in the line and replaced the line to fix the root cause. Allied was professional and responsive but failed to properly diagnose the issue (because they didn't have camera equipment) leading to additional costs. They also did not choose the most cost effective option available to them (snaking the line from the septic intake) leading to additional costs.
