I've heard of expectations vs reality but this is just sad. Weird attitude from drive thru employee, masks not worn properly, drinks were spilled all over the cups, the nacho party pack was cold and skimpy as could be with the toppings, and customization of order was ignored which led to an allergic reaction. To the employees, PLEASE keep in mind that a customer with a food allergy may ask specifically for something to be taken off an order, and you guys really need to know how serious food allergies are! Some allergies are uncommon but serious!
The employees have the attention span of a squirrel. Asked for fire sauce twice, they give us diablo sauce. Ask for pepsi, and they get us root beer. Horrible experience. Worst service in town.
Wenatchee Taco Bell is not good. They constantly get orders wrong. The food is made sloppy and without care. The food is never hot, it is always cold. The last 3 times I have tried to go we have gotten a refund. We even waited 6 months between trips and no improvement. This shop needs to step up their game because right now they are just gross.
Always miss stuff in the order... no matter the time day or anything else, every time we have gone there they miss something in our order... To make it worse there manager hates to pick up the phone at night time... when i live a 15 min drive i really dont like going back every single time to pick stuff back up... i understand some of the order sometimes, but literally it is every time i go in there... not sure how hard it is to read the order and make sure everything gets in the bag, i have worked in fast food b4 but i have never ever seen it this bad....
Nice place to eat delicious food but service was so slow.
